Rehab Aide – Full-Time

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This position is a great fit for someone interested in gaining experience in healthcare while supporting residents and rehabilitation professionals in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

• Set up treatment areas and equipment for daily therapy sessions
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Keep the rehab gym organized and supplies readily available
• Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Support the department with general daily tasks and organization
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents

• Gain valuable experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Work alongside PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA professionals
• Supportive and collaborative team environment
• On-the-job training provided

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in rehabilitation or therapy is a plus
