About the Role:

As a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary operations of our facility, ensuring that we provide nutritious and appealing meals to our residents. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and managing our dietary staff. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service

• Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients with specific dietary needs

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards

• Manage and supervise dietary staff, including training and development

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation

• Develop and manage budgets for the dietary department
