Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA, a privately owned agency dedicated to delivering top-tier ABA therapy, is seeking a Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Annapolis, MD. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices, working closely with families, and fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document data on client progress, collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
- Implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients reach their goals.
- Competitive pay rates: $26-32/hour

- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Spanish-Speaking.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
