- Partner with luxury brands, local chefs, artists, musicians, and wellness gurus.
- Curate seasonal calendars that celebrate diversity, community, and creativity.
- Engage with residents on-site and through social media to promote engagement and community pride.
- Champion the 414 Light Street brand — onsite, online, and citywide.
- 2 years in event planning, luxury hospitality, concierge, lifestyle marketing, or related roles.
- Exceptional creativity and people skills.
- Social media fluency — you know how to turn moments into content.
- Highly organized, independent, and ready to bring your vision to life.
- Work in one of Baltimore’s most iconic addresses.
