- Oversee day‑to‑day Front of House operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and floor coverage during peak, high‑volume periods.
- Manage employee scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development to foster a positive, cohesive team environment.
- Maintain active floor presence, engaging with guests, supporting service, and stepping in wherever needed across operations.
- Drive operational decisions independently, utilizing Toast POS and Open Table platforms to streamline daily logistics.
- Adapt communication styles effectively to engage diverse guests, staff, and leadership.
- Proven management experience in high‑volume casual, sports, upscale, or brewery/taproom dining environments.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a clear desire for career progression toward a General Manager position.
- Strong decision‑making skills, high emotional intelligence, and a self‑driven, autonomous work ethic.
- Flexibility to manage shifting floor volumes and adapt to diverse operational structures.
- Strong background in staff training, scheduling, and floor leadership.
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
