Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with Store Managers and Executive Leadership to define staffing needs, set expectations, and streamline the interview process.
The Ultimate Close: Master the candidate experience, confidently navigating compensation conversations, overcoming objections, and sealing the deal on top talent
