Description About Blossom Recovery WellnessBlossom Recovery Wellness (BRW) is a comprehensive, trauma-informed residential recovery program (ASAM 3.1) for adult women in and around Anne Arundel County, Maryland. We support holistic healing and sustainable sobriety through individualized care rooted in compassion, dignity, community, and evidence-based practices. Our goal is to ensure women have access to the resources and community support they need to rebuild, restore, and reimagine their lives.
We are in a building and growth phase and are developing a thoughtful, reliable, and secure technology environment to support staff, participants, and daily operations in the BRW home.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Technology & Integrations Consultant to set up, maintain, and optimize BRW’s tech infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, hardware, software platforms, and automated workflows.
This position will be responsible for API integrations across key tools, especially Google Workspace, Hub Spot, Squarespace, Klaviyo, and will use Zapier/Kergon to support automation and data flow. This role bridges physical systems (Wi‑Fi, devices, printers, etc.) and software + workflow integrations (Google Workspace, project management systems, CRM, communication tools, and Zapier-based automations).
Key ResponsibilitiesPhysical & On-Site Systems Setup
- Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, and secure access controls.
- Support installation and maintenance of residential intercom or in-home communication systems.
- Set up and maintain printers/scanners and ensure functionality across users
- Troubleshoot hardware issues across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Support setup, permissions, user access, troubleshooting, and workflow organization across BRW’s tech ecosystem, including:
- Google Workspace (email, shared drives, permission models, security)
- Spruce Health or equivalent (secure clinical communications + electronic health records management)
- Squarespace (basic content edits + platform integrations)
- Canva (team folders, brand kit + template permissions)
- Slack or equivalent (workspace setup, channel structure, user onboarding, integrations)
- Build, maintain, and improve Zapier (non-clinical) and Keragon (clinical) workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve data flow – or recommend and implement more efficient workflows.
- Ensure contact, donor, volunteer, program, and communication systems sync accurately.
- Document workflows in clear, staff-friendly guidance.
- Implement webhooks, authentication tokens, or native API connections when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, security, and compliance standards in all integrations.
Troubleshooting & Operational Support
- Provide warm, patient, step-by-step tech support to staff.
- Maintain simple internal documentation on system access and usage.
- Diagnose the root cause of tech issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Recommend improvements as BRW expands operations and programming.
Required
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, systems operations, or technical troubleshooting roles.
- Ability to configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and physical hardware systems.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, especially across Google Workspace, SMARTSHEET, Hub Spot, Square Space, Klaviyo, Asana, and working knowledge of Zapier automations (building + debugging).
- Experience administering Google Workspace environments (permissions, shared drives, groups).
- Comfort working in a trauma-informed, confidential environment.
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based organizations.
