Key Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experiences that drive our success. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces while ensuring seamless user journeys. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll gather insights, develop prototypes, and refine designs to meet user needs and business goals. Position Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly and visually appealing designs
• Conduct user research and gather feedback
• Develop wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Test and iterate on designs based on user input

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Expertise in responsive design principles
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experience with motion design or animations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities
• Understanding of emerging design trends and technologies
