The System Administrator must provide Storage Support—the sustainment of the entire storage environment for two geographically dispersed locations, including support for a heterogeneous environment comprised of multi-vendor high performance storage platforms, mass storage subsystems, fiber channel interconnection fabrics, and supporting software in a complex computing environment.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Provide dispatch system and hardware problem support; participate in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems; install/load OS software; troubleshoot and maintain integrity; configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting experience for IT systems and detailed analysis/feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage operating systems and related software; troubleshoot, maintain integrity and improve performance of systems and networks.

• B.S. in a technical discipline and 5 years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity, or 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
• TS/SCI with FSP required. Most recent poly in the last 7 years required.

• Salary Range: $145k-$190k (Annually)*
