Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Technical Writer II to join our team! The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for the HPC organization’s software products, services, and processes. This role requires strong writing skills, a solid understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content.
Qualifications- Six (6) years’ experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Familiar with the Linux CLI including understanding of terminology used to provide related documentation
- Experience using technical writing tools such as MS Office Tool Suite, Mad Cap Flare, and Adobe Frame Maker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience implementing complex documentation practices within a software development environment
- Experience using Markup languages including HTML, XML, and Markdown
- Experience creating technical documentation for a wide audience Desired
- Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
