We're Adsurdly - a boutique marketing agency working with some of the largest law firms in the nation, delivering cases to their doorstep.

We're an IN-PERSON marketing agency based in Annapolis, MD. Relocation is required if you're not currently in the DMV area.

We're seeking a motivated, hard-working Junior Web Developer. You'll work closely with our team to advance our clients' sites and strategies.

As our Junior Web Developer, you'll support our development team in building and maintaining client websites, with a focus on modern design and SEO/LLM-optimized site architecture. You'll work alongside our Lead Developer and collaborate with the design team to keep projects moving and push our creativity further.

• Monday – Friday
• Either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 Hour Lunch Break

• 2+ years of previous experience with HTML / JavaScript / CSS
• Portfolio of sites built
• Experience with modern website design and SEO/LLM-optimized site design
• Comprehensive understanding of technical SEO
• Responsible & hungry individual looking to grow alongside a fast-scaling business
• Be a self-starter. You're the type of person who takes action and takes responsibility when you identify a gap, and you're comfortable executing based on priority.

• Day-to-day:
  You're organized and proactive in planning projects & sites, keeping them moving. You collaborate with the design team to further our creativity.

• Base Salary: $75,000
