Business Intelligence Consultant​/Developer; Power BI​/Fabric

Using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and machine learning
, we deliver practical solutions that create immediate business value.

You will support real client projects such as:

• Sales performance dashboards
• CRM pipeline reporting and forecasting
• Government contracting workflow analytics
• Inventory and operational reporting
• Margin and profitability dashboards
• Finance / ERP reporting (AR, budgeting, cost control, journal automation)
• Executive KPI scorecards
• Automated monthly reporting solutions

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Build transformations and automations using Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate
• Connect data from Excel, SQL, CRM, ERP, finance systems, APIs, and operational platforms
• Use Python when needed for automation, analytics, or data preparation
• Translate business needs into clear executive dashboards and measurable insights
• Improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual design
• Support multiple client projects in a fast-moving consulting environment

• Strong experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, modeling)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
• Working knowledge of Python
• 3+ years of Power BI / BI development experience
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with ERP / Finance systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Net Suite, Sage, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex metrics into business insights
• Exposure to sales performance, CRM pipeline reporting, government contracting workflows, inventory analytics, and finance reporting
• Microsoft PL-300 certification is a plus
