Presales Enablement and Innovation seeks an energetic, sales‑focused Senior Presales Demo Solutions Technologist to support how UKG brings Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to market. The team is responsible for the data setup and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and associated products and extensions , ensuring demo environments accurately reflect real‑world customer use cases.

The team partners closely with Presales, Sales, Product, and Engineering to build, maintain, and evolve demo datasets and demo stories that clearly articulate product value and differentiation in the WFM marketplace.

The Senior Presales Demo Solutions Technologist is responsible for supporting the configuration and maintenance of demo datasets and environments for UKG Pro WFM , including Advanced Scheduling, Activities, and Forecasting. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and collaboration, supporting presales teams by ensuring demo environments are reliable, relevant, and aligned to prospect needs.

This position assists in the configuration of the base demo dataset (referred to as the Platinum dataset ) and supports setup and configuration for prospect‑specific demos, while developing demo stories that highlight product strengths.

• Configure software and demo datasets that enable presales teams to highlight UKG Pro WFM capabilities
• Assist in the configuration and ongoing maintenance of the base Platinum demo dataset
• Partner with presales team members on setup and configuration for prospect‑specific demo requirements
• Document dataset and configuration changes, including the rationale from a demo perspective
• Monitor and learn new product features to adequately prepare demo data
• Test and validate functionality following product releases and coordinate with other teams to resolve identified issues
• Assist in the administration, health, and stability of demo environments
• Work with subject matter experts to identify demo data improvement opportunities
• Update demo environments to support identified improvement opportunities
• Document configurations, demo stories, and demo scenarios
• Attend sales calls, internal meetings, and team sessions (virtually or in person) to provide guidance and support
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, or supporting UKG Pro WFM in an implementation, presales, solution consulting, or enablement capacity
• 2+ years of hands ‑
  on experience with Advanced Scheduling, Activities, Forecasting, or Pro WFM extensions
• 1+ year of experience supporting demo, presales, or customer ‑
  facing environments , including application walkthroughs or demonstrations
• Demonstrated experience configuring or supporting WFM or HCM modules within a single environment
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to document configurations, datasets, or system changes

• Experience working with multiple UKG products
• Prior exposure to presales, sales engineering, or sales enablement environments
• Ability to craft demo stories aligned to workforce challenges and prospect needs
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering partners
