Senior D365 Solution Architect – Field Service

Build the Field Service Platform Behind a High-Growth Renewable Energy Business. We’re partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy organization that is investing heavily in technology, operations, and customer experience as it scales nationwide. Following a recent acquisition by a major enterprise parent company, the business is preparing for significant growth and is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as a core platform to support that expansion.
This is an opportunity to lead a greenfield D365 Field Service implementation that will initially support 150–200 field users and ultimately scale into a national platform supporting a rapidly expanding workforce.
The organization is seeking a hands‑on Solution Architect who can own the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and long-term optimization.
Responsibilities include designing a scalable platform that will become foundational to the company’s future growth and working directly with executive leadership, business stakeholders, sales operations, and technical teams.
Required Experience- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CE experience
- 5+ years of dedicated D365 Field Service experience
- Experience leading complete Field Service implementations from discovery through go‑live
- Stand out: lead a greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service implementation from the ground up
- Support a rapidly growing renewable energy business with significant investment and executive sponsorship
- Architect a platform expected to scale from an initial 150–200 field users into a nationwide deployment
- Work directly with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and field operations teams
- Own strategy, architecture, implementation, and long‑term platform evolution
- Initial implementation expected to span approximately 6–9 months, followed by ongoing enhancements, optimization, and expansion initiatives
- Strong potential to convert into a long‑term permanent leadership opportunity
Compensation: $75/hr W-2. Initial contract-to-hire period of 4–6 months with opportunity for long‑term permanent conversion upon successful completion.
