Princeton IT Services, Inc is seeking a PC/Laptop Imaging & Deployment Technician to support a large-scale desktop and laptop refresh project. The technician will be responsible for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting Dell systems while providing excellent customer support throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include imaging and installing Dell equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication with end-users. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with imaging technologies and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
This is a fully onsite position located in Annapolis, MD.
