THE WORK
TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

You are a Dev Ops Engineer who will manage and build CI/CD pipelines to production environment for the NAPR and Tools teams development in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO.
You will provide automation, scripting, and feature development support for NAPR and Tools team monitoring and reporting activities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, plus fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Linux system administration experience (file system manipulation, monitoring and logging, troubleshooting; experience with command line tools: ps, netstat, top, SSH, grep)
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, automation and monitoring of tools and processes
Kubernetes experience with the understanding of deployment, management, and configuration
Docker experience (deployment, management, and configuration)

TS SCI w/ Poly

Desired skills

Cloud computing skills (AWS)

Experience with scripting tools (bash, python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience building and supporting VMs (preferably experience using one of the customer's corporate solutions)

Experience with Apache Ni Fi

Experience with visualization/reporting tools (Grafana, Kibana, etc.)

Experience with Jenkins
Experience hardening COTS application configuration
