The Opportunity
The Senior Cyber Market Lead will drive market growth, client engagement, and cyber capability expansion across the U.S. Army enterprise. This role spans multiple geographies and Army organizations ensuring alignment to evolving needs from enterprise modernization to tactical cyber requirements.
What You’ll Work On- Lead market strategy, growth planning, and opportunity identification across U.S. Army cyber mission areas, including DCO, OCO, and Infrastructure security, such as IT, OT, or IOT.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships with Army stakeholders.
- Align solutions across cybersecurity operations, architecture, zero‑trust modernization, cyber defense analytics, and tactical cyber missions.
- Shape pursuits from demand identification through capture and solutioning.
- Synchronize Army-wide cyber initiatives across commands and geographic regions.
- Provide thought leadership on modernization trends and cyber technologies.
- 10+ years of experience supporting U.S. Army cyber programs
- Experience leading market growth strategies in Defense portfolios
- Experience in cyber operations, cybersecurity engineering, or mission support
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations
- Ability to demonstrate executive engagement
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting PEOs, CIO, G‑6, ARCYBER, NETCOM, DEVCOM, or tactical formations
- Experience integrating enterprise and tactical cyber solutions
- Experience in leadership roles in cyber modernization efforts
- Experience with AI tools, concepts, and implementation methods
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in cybersecurity or related field

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience.
