Help Desk Technician – MIDS – TS/SCI with CI Polygraph job ation:
Annapolis Junction, MD.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and systems hardware and software.
• Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self‑service ticket in support of internal and/or external customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
• Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records.
• Route calls to product line specialists, applications, or system support specialists as needed.
• Maintain and update records and tracking databases; alert management to recurring problems and patterns.

• Help Desk Technician IV – AA/AS and 5+ years of experience (years can compensate for education and vice versa).

• Security+ CE
• PWS 9.1 (ITIL, A+, HDI‑CSR, MS 365)

Top Secret/SCI clearance required at application; must have or be able to obtain Top Secret SCI+CI Polygraph. U.S. citizenship required.
