Our client, a leading organization in the technology and training sector, is seeking a LMS Trainer to join their team. As a LMS Trainer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for education, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal teams and clients using LMS platforms
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Support onboarding processes by creating tailored training paths for new employees and clients

• Proven experience as an LMS Trainer or in a similar training role
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible training content
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
