• Establishing Video Teleconference (VTC) systems.
• Providing support to emergency activities and maintaining general situational awareness.
• Performing routine and emergency actions critical to Operations Center support, including voice communication, message routing, and voice and video conference configuration and operation.
• Providing maintenance and controls of the systems that project on Knowledge Walls.
• Identifying when equipment and infrastructure is fully operational, partially operational, or not operational.

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and five years of experience, or a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to work off‑shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitivity of work.
