MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Intelligence Support Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Integrates intelligence data sources and analytical products into operational technical infrastructure, providing operators with real-time intelligence context within mission systems.
• Develops tools and workflows that bridge intelligence analysis and technical operations, ensuring operators maintain situational awareness during capability employment.
• Serves as technical liaison between intelligence analysts and capability developers.
• Design workflows automating intelligence enrichment of technical observables (IPs, domains, file hashes)
• Implement intelligence data pipelines delivering near-real-time updates to operational systems
• Create dashboards and interfaces presenting fused intelligence-technical situational awareness
• Document intelligence integration architectures and data flow designs
• CONUS travel maybe required up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 2+ years, OR a PhD with 0+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• 4+ years experience integrating intelligence data into technical systems or operational environments
• Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, cyber threat intelligence)
• Proficiency with intelligence data formats and standards (STIX, TAXII, JSON, XML)
• Experience developing APIs, data integrations, and middleware solutions
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, No

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, or related field
• Background as intelligence analyst with technical skill development
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence platforms (Threat Connect, Anomali, MISP)
• Familiarity with SIEM integration and security orchestration (SOAR)
• Knowledge of intelligence dissemination systems and classification handling
• Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data and tools

Clearance Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
