Due to contract requirements, United States Citizenship is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Be available onsite or virtually (at Customer’s discretion) as needed to provide custom instruction and consulting, as requested by Customer during the term of the contract.
- Performs day-to-day project management, identifies issues and risks, and recommends possible issues and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Customer, including scoping, planning, execution, and transition to operations.
- Coordinate the deployment and integration of security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and other security technologies into Customer environments.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timeline commitments.
- Manage the onboarding process, including log source integration, use case development, playbook customization, and alert tuning.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Participate in status meetings, provide Customer with SLA and other reports, and escale any issues according to defined escalation procedures, etc.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related disciplines. - General
Experience:
At least ten (10) years of experience in general project management. - Specialized
Experience:- Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience specifically within managed security services, MSSP environments, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client onboarding projects for security monitoring and incident response services.
- Proven track record of implementing industry-leading SIEM solutions in production environments serving multiple clients.
- Experience with multi-tenant SOC implementations and service delivery models.
- Knowledge of managed security service offerings, including 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Proven organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- US citizen.
- Preferred certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Cybersecurity certification, such as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Pay RangePay Range: $151,800-$185,000
Pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation rates vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; and certifications. Pay rates reflect the pre‑benefit gross wage amounts.
