Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of SOC Analyst II for a Cloud and Technology company located in Fulton, MD. The SOC Analyst II will focus on Tier 2 security Monitoring along with hands‑on experience utilizing Splunk and AWS.
SOC Analyst II requires time in‑office 2 days per week in Fulton, MD.
- Analyze and respond to security alerts.
- Preform incident investigations and elevate as needed.
- Monitor and secure AWS environments.
- Use Tenable, defender, and AWS for vulnerability and configuration management.
- Must have secret Clearance
- Proficient in Splunk, including but not limited to reviewing, analyzing, and reacting to alerts
- AWS experience and cloud security
- Tier 2 Skills
- $108,000-$125,000
- Benefits:
