EY is seeking an experienced Products & Platforms Ecosystems Counsel to join the Technology & Managed Services team in EY’s U.S. General Counsel’s Office. You will provide complex legal advice and negotiate large technology contracts with third parties.
You’ll collaborate with service line counsels, procurement and product teams to address risk, draft and negotiate master service agreements, data agreements and licensing arrangements, and ensure EY policy compliance.
