Amentum in Annapolis, MD seeks an IT Support Technician to join the Office of Information Technology. You will deliver Tier 1 help desk support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and assist with network and telecommunication issues.
You will diagnose, resolve issues, document incidents, and provide user training on standard apps (G‑Suite, Microsoft Office). Travel to remote sites may be required and a background check will be conducted.
