Essential Job FunctionsThe Integrations Business Analyst will gather and document the application and system requirements for several projects under development, develop test plans and scripts, perform systems and integration testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide application support including problem tracking and resolution.
Requirements And Process Identification And Documentation- Document existing systems and/or business processes.
- Interview end-users to determine functional requirements for new development and enhancement projects.
- Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and coordinate business unit review and approval of project functional requirements and test plans.
- Analysis of complex problems and enhancements. Develop and coordinate solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Independently collaborate with vendor to implement software requirements identifying dependencies and risk in configuration solution.
- Assist JIS project managers, as needed, with the coordination of requirements gathering and test planning activities.
- Provide input to and support for the development of Project Definition documents used to establish initial project scope, cost and resource estimates, impact on existing activities, and estimated return on investment.
- Perform data analysis in support of projects and develop database inquiries as needed.
- Work with Judiciary personnel and team leader as needed to develop test plans and coordinate testing efforts.
- Work with technical leads and developers to map technical requirements to test scripts, Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Execute functional and integration testing.
- Manage and document solution validation and user acceptance.
- Provide support to attorney/court/agency related applications. Provide on-call support as required.
- Daily management and resolution of Service Now (incident) tickets for supported applications.
- Identification, escalation, notification and monitoring of production issues and risks. Interface directly and report application issues to JIS Development (BUS) Team and JIS.
- Coordinate use of business analysis, project requirements, test planning and tracking, and problem reporting and tracking tools throughout projects within JIS.
- Responsible for identifying misalignment issues and coordinating the definition of required system and/or process changes.
- Assists manager with meetings and communication with stakeholders.
- Provide reporting both verbally and in writing (narrative and graphical) to groups of varying knowledge levels and at varying degrees of specificity.
- Assist in the development and refinement of systems development methodology processes and artifacts as needed.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of project status as required in support of project and Project Management Office efforts.
- This position will assist with initial training upon delivery of a solution.
- Assist/conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for new functionality being delivered.
- Develop and maintain end-user documentation.
- Assist with organizing/scheduling training and presentations for end users.
- Provide training-related customer support.
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience related to business systems automation, project management, capturing business requirements, data quality analysis, system software development, system configuration, system implementation, or system
