Identify and engage with new clients throughout the Annapolis region to understand their unique protection needs.

Analyze current market offerings to design tailored insurance solutions for individuals and families.

Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Manage your daily schedule to meet sales goals while providing thoughtful, high-quality advice to every person you speak with.

Collaborate with the broader office team to refine our sales processes and improve the overall client experience.

Keep up to date with shifting industry regulations to ensure our clients are always properly protected.

Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.

Strong track record of managing and growing a professional book of business.

High level of comfort using agency management systems and digital lead management tools.

Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client consultations.

Deep understanding of risk management and various insurance products.
