Who You Are:
You’re a
Litigation Associate with 3–5 years
of commercial and employment litigation experience. You’ve handled motions, discovery, including depositions — and you’re ready for more. You work well independently, thrive in a collegial team setting, and are excited to contribute to a growing practice.
Must-haves:
- Licensed to practice in Maryland
- Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or employment litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience advising management-side clients
- A desire to assist with business development or mentoring initiatives
