Paralegal

Full-service business law firm seeks full-time Paralegal for its Estates and Trust practice. This position works closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate and trust matters.

• Providing comprehensive practice support and case management
• Draft, review/proofread and prepare correspondence, notices, forms, etc.
• Organize and electronically file documents in various courts and jurisdictions
• Coordinate, schedule and track meetings and deadlines
• Conduct research, as needed
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, other professionals and financial institutions regarding estate and trust matters
• Review bank statements; maintain and/or prepare accountings
• Notarize documents, as needed

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification
• At least 3 to 5+ years Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate experience
• Accounting experience (preferred)
• The ability to independently and efficiently prioritize workflow
• Superior organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience e-filing documents
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client service skills

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience + Potential Annual Bonus
