GE Lawis seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience.

GE Law provides a variety of services to its clients, to include corporate law, banking, commercial and civil litigation, real estate transactions, construction disputes, employment law, estate planning and administration, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, intellectual property/trademarks, and business succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 yearsof law firm experience.

The candidate can expect to work on a variety of matters, ranging fromtransactionalwork to civil litigation.

The position involves direct client interaction, so clear, concise, and professional communication is required, as is the ability to write in clear and understandable terms. Experience in trusts and estates, as well as some portable practice, is a bonus.

Desired Degree, Skills and Expertise:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed with the Maryland bar
