If you’re an Estates & Trusts attorney with 2–4(+) years of experience and you’re craving real client contact, mentorship, and a path to career growth — this might be your next big move.
Are you looking to step out of the back office and into a more client-facing role?
Tired of being siloed from partners and real decision-making?
Want to join a growing firm where leadership is accessible and your voice matters?
A busy and well-respected Annapolis law firm is interested in speaking with Estates and Trust attorneys who want to join a team that’s building something bigger together. The firm is expanding its Estates & Trusts Planning and Administration practice and looking for an associate who’s ready to grow with them.
What You’ll DoThis isn’t just document prep — this is substantive, career‑building legal work:
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney with real input and impact
- Advise clients directly on estate planning strategies and tax implications
- Guide estate administration, from asset valuations to filings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and get mentored by leaders who care
You’ll join a team‑oriented, collaborative practice where partners are mentors, not gatekeepers. Our practice is expanding, which means you won’t be stuck in line for an opportunity — you’ll be stepping into it.
The firm offers:
- Genuine opportunities for advancement
- Meaningful, client‑facing assignments early in your tenure
- A culture that values both independence and support
You’ll thrive there if you:
- Have 2–4(+) years of Estates & Trusts experience (2021–2023 JD or more senior)
- Are licensed to practice in Maryland
- Bring strong academic credentials and the ability to think like an advisor, not just a drafter
- Want to contribute to — and grow with — a team that wins together
