We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Paralegal for all three of our practice groups. This role is ideal for recent graduates or experienced individuals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the management of complex cases and transactions.

Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
  • College graduate or current student pursuing a degree in which legal studies, business, government or employment is a component of the degree.
  • Prior work experience in a legal setting as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • A paralegal certificate from an ABA‑accredited program and/or relevant coursework.
Job Duties
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys across various matters.
  • Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents, forms, correspondence, and filings under attorney supervision.
  • File and process documents with courts, agencies, and land records offices, ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical matter files, checklists, and timelines from opening through closeout.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, financial institutions, and opposing counsel regarding procedural matters and case or transaction status.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for hearings, closings, client meetings, and administrative filings.
  • Track deadlines, manage calendars, and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with document collection, information gathering, and summarizing key data or case materials.
  • Support billing processes, including tracking billable hours and assisting with invoice preparation.
  • Perform general administrative support and other paralegal duties as needed.
Compensation Range

$52K ($25.00/hr) – $80K ($38.46/hr) base salary, commensurate with experience.
