Greystar Annapolis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and make-ready processes across the community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Greystar standards.
You will manage work orders, supervise vendors, maintain inventories, and assist in budgeting, while leading safety meetings and ensuring OSHA/MSDS compliance. EPA HVAC credentials are a plus, with a valid driver’s license required for on-site operations.
