Marketing Project Manager

Hiring Immediately, Marketing Project Manager. Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a full-time Project manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across all brands. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys owning projects from concept to completion and supporting sales and branding.

• Lead end-to-end project management for dealership initiatives
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, studios, post-production houses, and freelancers.
• Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Oversee post-production workflows including editing, graphics, audio, color, and QC.
• Ensure delivery requirements are met for networks, streamers, or clients.
• Manage versioning, approvals, and final asset delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in automotive retail, multi-location retail, or operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Smartsheet, MS Project).
