Job Overview
The Regional Branch Administrative Manager will be responsible for leading employee affiliation branch office support staff. This includes direct management of Client Service Associates and office support staff, coordinating financial advisor support efforts delivered through our Client Service Associates, Service and Operations Teams, and collaborating with various business partners to support the ongoing expansion of our national employee affiliation footprint.
Responsibilities- Manage branch office support staff, including compensation and performance management, time management and capacity planning, goal setting, and career development.
- Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and development with an emphasis on skills and behaviors that contribute to advisor satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the branch office support staff hiring strategy to attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the branch admin vertical based on evolving advisor needs.
- Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; advocate for advisor and client needs, overseeing and supporting case managers dedicated to resolving complex and high‑priority issues.
- Execute support staff training programs focused on skill advancement and career progression; identify and implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback.
- Partner with the National Branch Manager on the admin vertical program design strategy and implementation.

Requirements- 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge.
- FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days.
- 2+ years of experience across both W2 and 1099 advisor models.
- Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year.
- Self‑starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations.
- Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and extreme organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas.
- Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels.
- FINRA Series 24, 9/10.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
$99,073 – $165,122 per year (actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, and geographic location).
