Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will serve as the liaison between our teams and our customers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. The role includes oversight of scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of senior examiners to manage scheduling for pilots and airplane stewards, ensuring compliance with APA and APFA regulations.
  • Oversee cycle and transport capabilities for executive framework, managing position changes and group timetable arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to execute monthly plans within various scheduling systems.
  • Administer annual and monthly travel fund processes, including rebids, fill‑days, and budget estimates.
  • Coordinate monthly airline steward onboarding exchanges and base credit transfers in response to flight schedule changes.
  • Analyze proposals from APA/APFA discussions and implement new initiatives to improve existing systems.
  • Direct and arrange cross‑department meetings, ensuring all scheduling aspects are addressed.
  • Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for challenges that may require senior management intervention.
  • Focus on projects and foundation development for the adoption and deployment of new tools and processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience in scheduling or operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience managing a diverse team and prioritizing projects.
  • Strong work ethic, time‑management, and goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Innovation and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
