  Keep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Technical Investments–related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture.
• Strategic Foresight: Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision‑making, including proposed strategies, roadmaps, identified risks, capability and performance gaps, dependencies, alignment with strategic framework and priorities, and funding and related program issues.
• Liaison: Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities, service delivery, and requirements concerns.
• Collaboration: Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to senior‑level executives.
• Communication: Communicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiences.

• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0‑20%
• Working Hours: Standard

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Education: BS degree and 12‑15 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10‑13 years of prior relevant experience. A technical doctoral degree may also be considered.

• Collaboration: Work with senior staff in a diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing priorities.
• Deliverables: Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
• Architecture / Design: Ability to support the architecture and design of AI strategy, implementation plans and policies.

• Education: Technical degree in Engineering or Science, practical oriented.
• Experience: Broad experience with the IC and its touchpoints to DoD.
• Certifications: AI certification.

$150,200 – $225,300 (Maryland area only)

Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. This may include sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
