Marketing Manager – North America

Our client is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to define and drive the marketing strategy for a leading global scientific instrumentation company across North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape a future-state role, owning brand stewardship, campaign architecture, and regional marketing initiatives that directly impact growth, awareness, and long-term brand equity.

• Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels while adapting global brand direction for the Americas.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, aligned with Sales, Service, and Operations priorities.
• Oversee content creation, website strategy, media planning, and vendor management.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources, tracking ROI to optimize campaign performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.

• 10+ years in progressive marketing roles, ideally in B2B technical or scientific instrumentation industries.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of global-to-regional marketing alignment and Americas-focused execution.
• Excellent budget management, vendor oversight, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
