Tram Congress: Call Time Manager and Body Person

Job Description

Tram Nguyen for Congress is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Call Time Manager and Body Person to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the campaign’s fundraising efforts by managing our call time program, and staffing the candidate for all in-district events. Ideal candidates should be highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Call Time Management:
  Staff daily call time with the candidate, and provide updates and results to team leadership.
• Prepare daily call time lists, call sheets, and donor background information.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective donors, incorporating into the call time queue.
• Track pledges and commitments, handle all donor follow up, and maintain call time tracking system in Numero.
• Track RSVPs and donations, and manage follow-up communications in conjunction with finance team, helping to ensure that events are on track to meet their goals.
• Support execution of fundraising events day-of (in person and virtual).
• Execute fundraising thank you process.

• Daily staffing at all in-state events, meetings, and other campaign obligations.
• Ensure candidate has proper briefing materials for all meetings and events in collaboration with the Campaign Manager.
• Drive the candidate to and from all in-state obligations.

• 1+ cycle of relevant campaign or fundraising experience strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Numero is a plus.
• A strong commitment to electing State Rep. Tram Nguyen to Congress and a drive to contribute to the campaign’s success.

The salary band for this position is $4,000 - $4,500 per month, commensurate with experience. The campaign offers a healthcare stipend of $500 a month, with potential for employer-provided healthcare as the team grows. The campaign also offers gas reimbursement at standardized rate. This position is based in the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District, and will require Massachusetts residency. Candidates must have a car, a driver’s license, a laptop, and a cell phone.
