Riva Trace Baptist Church in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Community Life. We are a growing church of approximately 350 people with many young families, seeking an Associate Pastor to partner with the Senior Pastor in strengthening discipleship and community life.
The ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a heart for discipleship and leader development, and strong relational and communication skills.
