• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience
• Electronic charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Maryland RN License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

• $1,760 - $1,940 per week* (13‑week contract)
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation: 30 units of productivity
• Requires previous OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience
