We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing in a PRN / flexible capacity. This role is ideal for an RN who is currently employed and looking to supplement their income with meaningful home care work on a schedule that works for them. The RN will conduct client visits, complete assessments, review documentation prepared by the administrator, and sign off on care plans.

There is strong potential to grow into a permanent full-time DON role as our client census expands.

• Conduct initial and ongoing RN supervisory visits for home care clients
• Complete client assessments — ask questions, take vitals, review care needs
• Review and sign off on care plans and clinical documentation
• Oversee PCA and caregiver compliance with care plans
• Conduct or participate in 15–30-minute supervisory calls with caregivers as needed
• Ensure agency compliance with COMAR 10.07.05 and OHCQ standards
• Communicate with clients, families, and referring providers as needed

• Current and active RN license in the State of Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Ability to complete CJIS fingerprinting and background clearance (required before starting)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• CPR/First Aid certification (current)

• Initial assessments: $75 – $100
• RN supervisory visits: $75 – $100
• 15–30-minute supervisory calls: $35 – $50
• Training oversight: $50 – $100
