Advita Health is seeking a motivated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding specialty team serving acute and subacute skilled facilities in the Annapolis, Maryland area.

As part of our collaborative practice, you'll provide specialized cardiology care to patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. Our providers focus on improving patient outcomes, reducing hospital readmissions, and supporting facility staff through proactive, evidence-based cardiovascular management.

• Flexible scheduling (PT, 2-4 days per week, with the ability to pick up extra shifts)

• A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
