Salary Range: $37.27 - $43.40 per hour

Job Shift: Day Shift (12-hour shift, 7AM-7PM)

Work Days:
One day a week (Wednesday only)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

• Assess resident health and provide nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments
• Respond to medical needs and emergencies
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Knowledge and experience working with senior communities in a long-term care facility
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia
• At least one year full-time clinical experience in a Home Health agency or related community health program
• Effective communication with residents, family members, doctors, and co-workers
• Ability to organize, supervise, delegate, and provide leadership
• Computer literacy
• Completing or willingness to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe
• Professional presentation, genuine concern for elderly, and use of tact in dealing with others
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Maryland
• Experience in long-term care, senior living, or home health (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
