LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long‑term care.

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable)
• Perform wound/skin care, wound prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitor physical and mental health status, track changes and analyze data
• Clinical procedures:
  Provide catheter/ostomy care and gather specimens
• Assist in executing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and other team members
• Educate families and residents about health status, changes and care expectations
• Document detailed records of health status, care, progress, and interactions
• Oversee and delegate CNA responsibilities, ensuring quality care and teamwork

• 1 year experience as an LPN in long‑term care (PRN accepted with experience)
• Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as an LPN
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional reference check, and physical evaluation
• Professional, clinically skilled with leadership qualities
