* What You’ll Do:

** As an LPN on our Assisted Living team, you’ll provide hands-on care and clinical support to our residents:
* Perform nursing assessments and oversee resident care
* Administer medications and treatments
* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
* Maintain accurate documentation and charts
* Assist with care planning and service updates
* Support infection control and quality standards
* Provide guidance to caregiving staff
* Communicate with residents, families, and providers###

* Job Qualifications:

*** Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
* CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
* 2+ years of LPN experience required
* Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to supervise and support caregiving staff
* Basic computer and documentation skills
