• Minimum ~$500K portable book of business (higher welcome)
• 8+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience
• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• Commercial acquisitions and sales
• Commercial leasing (landlord/tenant)
• Construction and project contracts
• A strong record of client service and successful deal execution
• Ability to manage client relationships independently
