CSP is partnering with a reputable and well-established commercial real estate firm in their search for a Commercial Property Manager. The ideal candidate brings a strong administrative foundation, a solid understanding of commercial property management practices, and exceptional customer service skills. This role is responsible for managing leasing activities, overseeing property maintenance, and coordinating tenant improvement projects. This individual will play a key role in building strong tenant relationships, optimizing property performance, and supporting the overall operational success of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage leasing processes including utilizing platforms like Yardi and Great Plains.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements and contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors for property repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and documentation related to property operations.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts through effective conflict management strategies and excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders through customer relationship management practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, office experience preferred.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, Great Plains, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of contracts and facilities management.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, and contract management to enhance property performance.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
