Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales and implement seasonal strategy;
Lead and maintain daily disciplines and routines for markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment and recovery;
Collaborate with GM and District Visual Manager on adaptations/substitutions for store ownership, layout or customer;
Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results;
Partner with GM on associate productivity and performance related to visual standards and assist in onboarding/training
