Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and create memorable customer experiences.

• The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, delivering a world-class experience and engaging customers to surpass sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge to inspire customers to style their jewellery and express their stories.
• Support store operations and engage fans during peak hours to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by maintaining on-brand standards and customer focus.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth store operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the role, including standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule with 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
